A Traditional Hungarian Legend
The King of Desserts
Born in Budapest in 1958, Somloi Galuska is Hungary’s crowned classic: three sponge cakes, walnuts, a whisper of rum, dark chocolate and fresh cream. For generations it has reigned over the Sunday table and every proper confectionery. That is why he wears the crown, the undisputed King of Hungarian desserts.

Our Story
Some stories can be told in a single bite.
We believe Hungary’s sweets can be represented by two iconic desserts. Aranygaluska is the Queen — the taste of home, Sunday lunches, and cherished traditions. Somlói Galuska is the King — a true classic of Hungarian pastry art.
That’s why our menu is simple: just these two legends, made with fresh ingredients and reimagined for a new generation. Traditional flavors meet modern presentation, playful toppings, and a fresh café experience.
Alongside the desserts, we serve specialty coffee and matcha drinks, bringing Hungarian classics into today’s café culture. In summer, you can even add ice cream and create your own version.
The Queen. The King. Hungary’s two most iconic desserts.
Endless combination.
